The agreement
These terms apply between you and Sansa Group AB when you use Lagom. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; if the two conflict, Apple's licence wins for the licence itself.

What is free
Swiping to keep, delete or mark photos unsure, the month, On This Day, Screenshots and Random decks, undo, the storage receipt, adding photos to albums and filing mode are free, with no limits and no ads. The Largest first and Videos decks show their first 10 cards free.
Pro and the free trial
- Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription ($24.99 in the US; local prices are shown in the app before you buy), charged to your Apple Account.
- If you are eligible, the first week is free. It turns into a paid year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. We send a reminder two days before.
- The subscription renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current year. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- Pro can be shared with your Family Sharing group.
Cleanup Pass
The Cleanup Pass ($7.99 in the US) is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for 30 days from purchase. It never renews. Passes bought back to back add up, so you never lose days.
Refunds and your consumer rights
Apple processes payments, so refunds are requested from Apple. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including EU and Swedish consumer protection.
Deleting photos
Lagom only deletes items after you review them and confirm in Apple's own dialog. Deleted items go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app for 30 days. If you use iCloud Photos, deletions apply on all your devices.
Smart Clean suggestions are suggestions. Please check them before deleting; you decide what goes.
Liability
We work hard to make Lagom reliable, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for photos you chose to delete. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Swedish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes that affect paid features apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you in the app first. The privacy policy explains how we handle data.
